Together with Renee, you'll shape your schedule, services, and pricing - so your career reflects both your vision and the salon's standards. You get flexibility, guidance, and the support of a professional team all in one place.

For service providers, flexibility doesn't stop with your schedule and services - you also have the benefit of unlimited time off, so you can recharge when needed without losing your place in the salon.

We provide in-house education and mentorship, as well as external training with leading professionals in the industry. All education - including some travel and accomodations when needed - is fully paid for by the salon.

For apprentices and assistants, education is built into your journey here. You'll receive structured in-salon training and hands-on experience, while also attending external programs with world-class educators. All costs and some travel is covered, giving you a strong foundation without the financial burden.
